Schöne Lage, unkomplizierte Vermieter. Das Apartment könnte allerdings ein bisschen Makeover vertragen. Positive: Topp Lage, von der Gemeinschafts-Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Ocean Drive und sogar ein bisschen aufs Meer. Der schöne, saubere Strand dort ist in zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Negative: Die Betten waren arg durchgelegen.

Positive: La ubicación es inmejorable cerca de todo y en la mejor zona de restaurantes y tiendas , a pasos de la playa y en el comienzo de la ocean , ubicación increíble Negative: Si uno va en plan de descanso y pareja no es el lugar ideal , muchos adolescentes y entrada y salida de gente toda la noche , no lo recomiendo para parejas ,mucho ruido

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i wyposażenie. Positive: Lokalizacja. Negative: Obdarta sofa, myślę , że niewielki koszt wymiany, a stoi centralnie.

The apartment was bad but we were lucky to be in Miami Beach Positive: Close to the beach and to be in Miami Beach Negative: No parking space, we have to pay an extra $40 for parking, this place is not for 5 people, not enough silverware and plates, 4 chairs, the 3rd bed was very bad and missing the bed sheets, very bad floor, bathroom was not clean, no hot water for shower, not soundproof we can hear everything from outside especially with noisy neighbors until 2.00am, not even lightproof, the curtains were useless and ineffective. The owner never replied.

Positive: Location was perfect and overall the apartment was clean. Kitchen is in good condition Negative: Unfortunately compared to European standards this is not at level for how much we paid for three nights. We were staying in apartment 18 which is supposed to have two separate rooms however the wall is open on the top so you can hear the other room. Bathroom is very small for 4 people furniture very cheap with bad quality beds and the couch is all scratched and gives a bad impression. Neighbourhood is not great as there are some people which you do not want to see when coming as a tourist and it is noisy because of the quality of the establishment. The old lady going around with dementia asking if you need the parking is also interesting and it looks like a shelter for poor people mixed with tourists.
